Our franchise is seeking someone who is a “high achiever” to fill a key leadership role. As an Office Administrator
, you will ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation prior to final billing upload.

- Daily update job information and documentation
- Work with Exactware billing software and assist with collections
- Excellent phone communication skills and pleasant personality
- Help manage social media and company website
- Ability to adapt & quickly learn new computer programs

Position Requirements
- 1- 3 yrs of office experience
- Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, including proprietary software and Xactimate® estimating software
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Assist with field operations documentation and paperwork
- Update and maintain business social media platforms
Hours
- 40 hours/week, available to work overtime when required
- 8:30. am. and 5:00 p.m., or as business demands
Pay Rate
Negotiable depending on experience .
